In Sunstroke we visit the home of eccentric couple Yvonne and Herbert Michaeljohn. Things get complicated when Jacqueline, their daughter, invites her boyfriend Edgar for the weekend. Amanda, their other daughter, picks him up from the station on her motorbike. Adding to the confusion are Fabio, an Italian interior designer, Linda, Hubert's co-researcher and Brinsworth, the gardener. Misunderstandings provide the scope for an evening of laughter.
Sunstroke was written by local playwrght Edwin Preece; this production dates from November 2016.
And of course for the actual theatre production there were many many other people involved in staging the play.
